Turkish language

There is many language speaks in UK different than English. These languages became useful in this country after the people moved to UK with the time and became citizens. For example, the Turkish people in UK and them history and who they are today.

Turkish people have three groups bbc (2013) such as Turkish Cypriots, Turkish nationals and ethnic Kurds, many of whom also speak Kurdish. Nowadays there is 60 million who can speak Turkish in the world and that shows the history of them and how they have big population. They have main areas in UK for example; Birmingham, Manchester, Liverpool, and Leeds but they are hug in London.

The first came for the Turkish Cypriots were in the 1950s during the fighting and the followed by birth of republic in 1960.the came for economic reasons and that time the jobs in UK were easily to find. Nowadays, there is a lot of things now and they are one of the largest community in UK such as they have Turkish Radio and that shows they still save them culture.

Crime & Punishment

1- should the death penalty exist as a punishment for murder or terrorism?

The people have different opinions, but my opinion about this is that I would hang the criminal in front of the people in public place if they kill someone intentionally and the crime is premeditated.

I think the main purpose of prison is rehabilitation because a lot of people after they spent years in prison become more careful and has been changed to better.
3- what is the best way to deal with juvenile crime such as:
·      Joy-riding?
·      Vandalism?

I think the best way is try to gain the boys who do that. They are young and have energy and do not know the correct way so they go with bad people and do these things.

What does culture mean for me?

What does culture mean for me?

missionglue.com (2013)

My definition: Culture is history, attitude, traditional and honour. This word means a lot for me and I believe there is no country, region or person without culture. That word shows the history for the people and how they lived and save it n same time. For example, they show the culture by using architecture to show the old building materials.

According to CARLA (2013) ‘ For the purposes of the Intercultural Studies Project, culture is defined as the shared patterns of behaviors and interactions, cognitive constructs, and affective understanding that are learned through a process of socialization. These shared patterns identify the members of a culture group while also distinguishing those of another group.’ I think this definition is one of the best definitions to help the students, foreign, and researcher what does culture mean in academic way. Some words took my attention for example; behaviour socialization and affective, these words have meaning which represent the culture with behaviour.  World English Dictionary (2013) the culture means how the people leant communicate with other people and shows the traditional l and them thinking by representing them culture.

Good loser

media1.santabanta.com 2013

The most important thing in sport is taking part and the shows you your ability as I’m a good loser because I feel like I win when my VS win, the game not always win the person should feel how losing look like is. I think and believe in same the time that we should keep politics out side sport field because the person present his country by sport and they call it sport life to do not dislike anybody . There are many event season in my country for example now a days they have camels raising  and in the summer they have swimming season and all year they do sport event and I like the camels one because it shows as our history and the past for our family . I would like to see rugby the Five Nations event in Britain; I believe that rugby is sportier and quite exiting. It is easy to take part of sport in my country as if you represent yourself by workout hard and then you will join to the national team, I do playing Tai-Boxing and I love that game and I would like to be with the national time of Qatar some time. The rock is my heroes in sport and I admire him because he does a lot of exercise, he done a lot of films and he is the star for WWF. I do not think that the Olympic Games should be held only  in Greece because there are many countries join in the game and they should get chance the get it in them countries. Boxing is a true sport and it is legal and I think they should include in the Olympic Games because it is fun and help the person to save his self and get fit and good body shape. I love to watch WWF or Boxing films or some exercises about boxing and I think the qualities of a good team are to be a good loser. According to Aspire Academy (2012) ‘We honor sensitively the values, rights and needs of others and embrace the diversity provided by each individual, irrespective of culture, orientation, race, class or gender.’ Aspire is Qatar Academy that help the person to improve his skills in sport and education in same time. I agree with their idea 100% because that shows how the country has been developed not only in economic or education or sport that shows the respect for the people for each other.
